Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL7

Description

The Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL7 is the race bike with which Specialized has combined climbing and aerodynamic riding in a single frame. The frame is from the 2022 model year and is fitted with an 11-speed Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 groupset (2x11), a dual-sided power metre in the crankset and Roval CLX 50 carbon wheels. Size 56, suitable for riders between 175 and 180 cm tall. This is the S-Works version, featuring a FACT 12r carbon frame and an S-Works FACT carbon fork. Dura-Ace Di2 features electronic shifting, with the cabling routed through the frame; the charging port is located at the rear of the seatpost head. The crankset is 172.5 mm long, with 52- and 36-tooth chainrings. The cassette is a Shimano Ultegra (CS-6800). The power metre is the Dura-Ace itself (FC-R9100-P), a dual-sided unit, so it measures the left and right sides separately; the charger is included. The handlebars are the S-Works Aerofly II mounted on a separate Tarmac stem, with a computer mount on the front plate. This setup rides smoothly and, compared to a one-piece cockpit, has the advantage that you can replace the stem separately. The wheels were purchased separately by the first owner. The tyres are Specialized Turbo Cotton with brown sidewalls; the brake discs are Shimano SM-RT900, 160 mm at the front and 140 mm at the rear. A fair point to note: the Roval CLX 50 is a lighter all-round wheel, not a deep-profile aero wheel. Pedals and saddle are not included with the bike; the saddle shown in the photos is therefore not included. This bike is a premium pre-owned model, in excellent condition and has been technically inspected by us. There are slight signs of wear on the right-hand crank, the derailleurs and the tip of the right-hand brake lever. You’ll receive a twelve-month Berg en Baan warranty.
