Withdraw from the contract

If you bought at a distance as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the bike, without giving a reason.

Fill in the form; you receive a confirmation by email straight away. Bringing the bike back, having it collected or sending it yourself follows the return policy.

Either one is enough.

Brand, model and size, as on the invoice.

For example how you would like to return the bike. At most 1000 characters.

We use your details only to handle your withdrawal.
