What we mean by pre-owned

How old are the bikes?
It varies from bike to bike: each listing states the year of manufacture and, where it has been recorded, the mileage. Every bike is technically inspected before it goes online, and any wear we find is noted in the description.
What warranty do I get?
Twelve months of Berg en Baan warranty, on top of your statutory rights. We buy every bike ourselves and stand behind it.
Who do you buy from?
Only from the first owner and only with the original proof of purchase. That is our fixed way of working against stolen goods.
Can I see a bike before I buy?
Yes, by appointment in Son en Breugel, and you make that appointment via WhatsApp. A pre-owned bike can also be test-ridden there.
Prefer factory-new?
The range also includes bikes that have never been ridden, with the full manufacturer's warranty. Each listing states whether the bike is available for immediate delivery or expected.
