Version and build

This is where most of the value sits. The same model in a different version can differ by thousands of euros, so we need it exactly.

It is printed on the down tube and stated on your invoice.

We check every frame number, for everyone, without exception.

Condition and maintenance

Mileage alone says little — what matters is the wear parts. Freshly replaced parts raise our offer, worn ones lower it. "Don’t know" is a fine answer.

A bike that went down without damage to the frame is simply fine; only damage to the frame itself counts. We would rather hear it now than at pick-up.

Wear parts

Chain and cassette
Brake pads
Brake rotors
Tyres
Bearings (headset, BB)
Suspension (mountain bike only)

How would the bike reach us?

This affects our offer directly: collecting costs us a trip, so a bike you bring yourself is worth more to us. We name both amounts in our offer.

Photos of the bike *

Seven specific photos, one per box. They are what we actually value the bike on — so please photograph your own bike, not a picture from the internet.

Daylight, bike clean-ish, phone camera is fine. It takes about five minutes and it is the difference between a real offer and a guess.

Extra photos (optional)

Anything else worth showing: upgrades, the original parts you still have, the receipt of a recent service.

Proof of purchase *

Upload a photo or scan of the original receipt or invoice. This is required to confirm ownership and prevent handling of stolen goods.
